Easy Lavender Neck Rub

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 drops pure lavender oil
  • 1 teaspoon fractionated coconut oil or almond oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend the lavender oil and coconut or almond oil in your palm and rub onto your neck for natural anxiety relief. You can also rub onto the bottoms of your feet. This is perfect for anytime or just before bed.

Stress:

Blend #1

  • 3 drops Clary Sage Oil
  • 1 drop Lemon Oil
  • 1 drop Lavender Oil

Blend #2

  • 2 drops Roman Chamomile Oil
  • 2 drops Lavender Oil
  • 1 drop Vetiver Oil

Blend #3

  • 3 drops Bergamot Oil
  • 1 drop Geranium EOil
  • 1 drop Frankincense Oil

Blend #4

  • 3 drops Grapefruit Oil

Directions: Select one of the blends shown above. Then, choose which method you’d like to use the blend and follow the directions below:

Diffuser Blend:
Multiply your blend by 4 to obtain a total of 20 drops of your chosen blend. Add your oils to a dark colored glass bottle and mix well by rollling the bottle in between your hands. Add the appropriate number of drops from your created blend to your diffuser by following the manufacturer’s instructions. 

Bath Oil:
Multiply your blend by 3 to obtain a total of 15 drops of your chosen blend. Continue by using the 15 drop blend in the Bath Oil recipe.
